Zhangjiajie Top Ten Snacks丨Artemisia Artemisia Spinosa

Zhangjiajie Artemisia Artemisia is a local specialty pastry made mainly with rice, featuring the addition of a green wild vegetable (Artemisia annua).

The main ingredients of Zhangjiajie Artemisia Pi Pa are rice flour (glutinous rice flour, round-grained rice flour, indica rice flour), bacon, and Artemisia leaves (Artemisia annua, Artemisia verticillata). 

The artemisia leaves can be steamed in a steamer, or steamed and fried on both sides until golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, for a better taste. Artemisia baba with the fragrance of green wild vegetables, fresh and delicious, is the most local characteristics of the cuisine.
